Hi Bloggers,

On Tuesday we got to know that Auckland and Coromandel Peninsula are in lockdown for 7 days. The rest of the country is in lockdown for 3 days. We shouldn't be panicking because if we do panic we are just going to get more scared as well. We also should be panic buying because supermarkets will be open. As well as supermarkets the pharmacies, petrol stations and dairies will be open. We have lots of food in supermarkets and there will be more coming. I am sure that more food will be coming.

Kawa of Care

What is the Kawa of Care?

Hello bloggers and everyone else. Well then, let me tell you all about it.

If you don't know what Kawa of care is, it is how you take care of your device.

How to hold your Chromebook/iPad
First of all if you have a Chromebook then you should hold it carefully so it never falls. To hold a Chromebook carefully you will have to keep your thumb on top and all of your other fingers at the bottom like a crabs claw. One thing about holding a Chromebook is that you should NEVER EVER HUG HOLD a Chromebook, because if you hug hold a Chromebook then it will slip because Chromebooks are slippery. Also if you have an iPad you need to hug hold your iPad. If you don't know what hug holding is then i will tell you, hug holding your iPad is like when you hug someone but you're hugging an iPad instead. These two photos below show how you should hold a Chromebook/iPad.

How to keep a chrome book/iPad safe
  1.  Type gently on your keyboard even if it is a on-screen keyboard.
  2. If you are eating then please do not eat food near your Chromebook/iPad.
  3. Keep your Chromebook/iPad neat, tidy and clean. You would not want it to be dirty while you are using it. No one would want a dirty Chromebook/iPad.
  4.  Never hold a Chromebook by a screen.
  5. Never hold a iPad by the cover.
  6. Do not keep your Chromebook/iPad on the floor or else someone can step on it. It will break and then you will have to pay for it to be repaired or buy another one. Paying for another Chromebook/iPad will be a lot of money.
  7. Always hold a Chromebook/iPad how it is supposed to be held by.
  8. Never ever run with a Chromebook/iPad.
You might know some more too!

Are you going on the right sites?
If you have a Chromebook/iPad and you took it home, then go on the right sites. We are only allowed to go on these sites below.
  1. Class site
  2. Your blog
  3. Class blog

  5. Typing (if you want to get better at typing)
  6.  Xtramath (for maths)
  7. Google meet
  8. Google Drive
  9. Google hangouts
  10. Google Drawing
  11. A presentation of something
  12. Gmail
Even on your iPad.

There is more but I cannot name them because I do not remember them. Maybe you can comment below about some more sites. Now I will tell you which sites you cannot go on.
  1. YouTube
  2. Shop sites
  3. Online games
  4. Twitter
  5. Instagram
  6. Facebook
  7. Tiktok
Maybe there is more but i don't know. Sorry I don't remember any. Maybe you can also comment below about that.

Should you give your Chromebook/iPad to your siblings or your parents?
Well it is your Chromebook/iPad. You can show them your Chromebook/iPad but do not give it to them. Also do not let anyone know your password or even tell them your password.

OK bye now!

Remember to be safe and kind, do not fight over toilet paper, don't get the Covid-19, Please wash your hands, Wear a mask if you need to, Wear gloves if you need to, please do not get bored at home, do something.
