SLJ - Week 3 Activity 13

I hope you had a great holiday, Xmas and New Year. I just finished recording my Kenning poem. So my first one is about an animal that reminds me of summer. My second one is about winter. SLJ - Day 5 Activity 2

 HI Bloggers,

For today's task you have to make our own Haiku poem. A Haiku poem is a poem and the first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables and the last line has 5. The easy part was to know what your Haiku poem would be about. The tricky part was making it but I eventually got it. It was hard when you come up with one and then when you count the syllables, it has more than what you needed. (HAHA)

I hope you liked it. For my 'Step it up' task I made a slide full of some Haiku Poems. I made a bit more than how much I was meant to. This was tricky because I couldn't find the picture for my poems. It was easy to make them because I just had to think about the descriptions. Here are my slides:
