SLJ - Day 7 Activity 2

 Hi bloggers,

Today my task was called 'The treasure code'. I had to make three different slides for this because I wanted it to be extra detailed and I made two videos. My first slide and second slide was the kick start activity. The last slides and the 2 video are apart of the 'Stepping it up activity'. I did my video in my brothers room. I accidentally said 'so the' at the end. It was a mistake. Here are my slides that I finished first:

Here are my slides that I finished second and made a treasure code of my own:

Here my step it up slides:

Ahh so many slides are there? Haha well this last one is two videos. Here are my videos:
Part one:

Part two: Last one

Here is one of my own codes:

FOKFDUTIDLSUBLISCQOCUBBEHOHX

Here is a clue: It is three things I like to do. This bit is the part where I am saying 'I like to do': FOKFDUTID

This bit says three things that I like to do but I can't tell you because that's what you have to figure out: LSUBLISCQOCUBBEHOHX. There is an 'x' at the end because there was one letter out. So the 'x' at the end doesn't mean anything.

If you know what my code says then comment down below.

Bye everyone. Have a totally awesome day

SLJ - Day 7 Activity 1

 HI Guys,

Today we have to watch a video and then read a book about 'Hana Koko'. It was difficult to find pictures of your outfit. It was easy to think about what your outfit name will be. By the way Hana Koko is the name of this activity. Here is my outfit google drawing:

Thanks for looking at my blog. Have a good day!

SLJ - Day 6 Activity 2

 Hey Bloggers,

Today I made a Xylophone but I made this one differently. You will see soon how I made it. It was easy because I just put different amounts of water into four mugs and then hit mugs with a pencil. There was nothing hard in this one. Totally easy and I know you can do it. My next steps are to make a paper one. I'd like to know how people make them and how it makes the sound. I might make a hundred of paper xylophones. Don't worry about what you need because I will say those things in the video. Here is my video of me making my xylophone:

Thanks for looking at my blog. Have a good day and a great 2021.

How to make a catapult!

 HI Bloggers,

Today I learnt how to make a catapult. If you are thinking that I made a big catapult then that's wrong because, I made a small one. I learnt it from Nanogirl. It was easy to get all the things you needed. It wasn't actually hard. Its really easy and I know that anyone can make it if they look at this video. I think my next steps are to make something harder. I'd like to know how people make a big catapult. I might use paper to make a tube type cylinder for it next time. Here is my video: Good luck

If you can't get to the video I will write how you can make it.

What you'll need:
Cardboard tube, A little bit of blue tack, A wooden spoon with a long end, A string a little longer than to spoon, A scrunched piece of paper and a sharpie to make some drawings on the cardboard tube (Optional).

First get your cardboard tube and your wooden spoon. Put your wooden spoon on top of the cardboard tube. With the string put at the bottom of the tube and bring up into a knot and do that again by flipping it over and doing two knots. Make sure it kind of looks like a cross. The wooden spoon should be sticking out a lot and the end should only have a little bit sticking out. Get your blue tack and put in on the inside of the tube. You can now make some drawings on it but that's your choice. Load your catapult with the scrunched up paper. Put one hand on the blue tack as hard as you can. With your index finger on your other hand you push down on the end of the spoon. There you have made a catapult.

I hope you had fun making this. Thanks for looking at my blog. Have a good day!

SLJ - Day 5 Activity 2

 HI Bloggers,

For today's task you have to make our own Haiku poem. A Haiku poem is a poem and the first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables and the last line has 5. The easy part was to know what your Haiku poem would be about. The tricky part was making it but I eventually got it. It was hard when you come up with one and then when you count the syllables, it has more than what you needed. (HAHA)

Here is my Haiku poem:

I hope you liked it. For my 'Step it up' task I made a slide full of some Haiku Poems. I made a bit more than how much I was meant to. This was tricky because I couldn't find the picture for my poems. It was easy to make them because I just had to think about the descriptions. Here are my slides:

Here is a video of me saying the poems:

Thanks for looking at my blog. Have a good day!

SLJ - Day 5 Activity 1

 HI Guys,

Today's task was to do a slide with pictures on them. You had to see which one doesn't belong there. This task is called 'Which one doesn't belong'. It was easy because I accidentally started it before.  It was hard to make the last one because I wanted it to be on google drawing. Hope you like them. Here are my slides:

Thanks for looking at my blog. I hope you liked them. Thank you

SLJ - Day 4 Activity 2

 HI Bloggers,

How is your holidays going so far? Well mine is good. Happy New year. So today I finished writing a song for my task. My lyrics are about summer, We will never stop, What you can do and summer is here.  I enjoyed writing the song. I found it difficult to know what I should write the song about. Here is a PNG of my work:

Time for my step it up task. I will have a video of myself. The video will have me singing the song. I read how to write a chorus that your listeners will love and I had somethings that were true. One said that you listened to a song and it stays in your head. That happened to me. I enjoyed making the video. Nothing was difficult. My next steps are to write more songs like the one above.  Here is the video:

Thanks for looking at my blog. Keep a look out for other season songs, or any type of song.
Have a great day.
